Observed unit in poor condition with a set of broken cold hold drawers removed. Cold air is escaping through open whole where broken drawers were removed causing ambient air temperature of the unit to be above 60°F per thermometer on the exterior. Manager stated the food products have been in drawers since about 12:30pm. Observed drawers in other units functioning properly. This violation must be corrected by April 8, 2014. **Warning**

Observed shell eggs at 60°F ambient temperature in unit at end of cookline. Management and staff stated eggs were placed in unit at about 11am. Inspector advised to dispose of eggs because they had been out of temperature range more than 4 hours by end of inspection. Manager stated that the unit has been a recent issue and will be checked on by maintenance soon and inspector advised manager to keep a time/temperature log to monitor eggs until unit is functioning properly. **Corrected On-Site**
