- Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Refrigerator portion of standing frig found not at optimum temperature. Ambient thermometer in frig at 56°, inspectors thermometer read 54°. All potentially hazardous items were either moved to freezer or put on ice. Manager said he will look at refrigerator and call repair man if needed. Freezer portion of refrigerator observed working fine with ambient temp of 32°.
