Observed the three door True Cooler located next to the the hand washing sink is not holding temperature.

  • Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Standing 3 door glass front reaching cooler at end of kitchen ambient temperature 48°F. Corrective action taken cooler emptied of all TCS food and repair company called during inspection and is coming today 6/26/13. Do not keep any TCS food in the unit in question until repaired and able to maintain 41°F or below.

Cheese, milk, pasta 47-49°F in standing glass front 3 door reaching cooler at end of kitchen, corrective action taken , all TCS food moved to properly functioning units.
