Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed no handle bowls in the ice bin at the mini bar near the entrance, in a working container holding flour like substance and in tomato container on the cook line. Bowls removed while still present. **Corrected On-Site**
Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area. Observed personal cell phone placed shelf over reach in cooler on the cook line next to a radio.
Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses on cook line.
Basic - Light not functioning in beverage walk in cooler.
Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed light fixture over flat top without shielding.
Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in multiple reach in coolers.
Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees at the bar and in the ladies restroom.
Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed multiple working containers without proper labeling at dry storage area.
High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed tomatoes 50°F, onions 50°F and sauce 50°F in reach in cooler across from the flat top and in walk in cooler.
