[1) Approximately 20 identifiable dried rodent droppings on dry storage shelf where boxes and bags of dried peppers are stored. Droppings are found on open cardboard boxes of dried peppers, on floor below shelf, and on cardboard lined shelves. 2) Approximately 10 semi-soft droppings are found near dry storage shelf on floor between chest freezer and wall. 3) Approximately 50 dried (too many to count) are on kitchen cookline prep table lower shelf. Droppings are found inside opened/in-use plastic wrap box. Lower shelf where droppings are found stores the plastic wrap, unopened tuna cans, a milk crate containing bagged raw potatoes, paper towel waste, open pack of cigarettes, loose onions and unlabeled bag of raisin-type food. Shelf also stores cookline spice containers that are sitting directly in heavily concentrated dropping area. Open bag of potatoes on lower prep table has clear evidence of rodent hole in bag and large portion of potato eaten into. (Upper prep table is fully in-use as observed by soiled tools, vegetable scraps, soiled tools, carton of shell eggs on counter, tray of food cooling on counter. 4) 2 dried rodent droppings in cookline handsink covered by cutting board. Also in sink is one open and one closed bag of tortilla chips. 5) 25 dried droppings observed on shelving in front store area of establishment where convenience items are stocked for sale. Commercially packaged snack bags are sitting directly in droppings. Other droppings are observed on floor behind storage shelf. 6) 15 dried, small droppings observed behing store-front convenience reach in cooler where eggs, cheese and salsa are stored. 7) 30+ (too many to count) dried droppings in hot water heater closet located in restroom. 8) Equipment storage room near back door has both dried black droppings and green dropping-looking particles on floor and shelves and floor below shelves. Approximarely 25 total observed.]
