Many websites now facilitate the creation of AI avatars for videos.
https://www.heygen.com/ just got an update. Some other sites include https://www.synthesia.io/features/avatars, https://starryai.com/starrytars, https://www.veed.io/tools/ai-avatar, https://picsart.com/ai-avatar.

I've been somewhat disappointed with the advancements in this area, and I'm uncertain if any of them are ready for mainstream use. The lip synchronization often doesn't seem accurate, and the head movements still lack naturalness, resulting in an uncanny valley effect. However, I expect these issues will be resolved by 2024, given that this isn't a particularly niche domain and there's abundant training data available.

Watching some of the demo vids, I noticed that too but it's not as bad as I would've expected. As for the last part, I would apply that same sentiment to about 90% of all AI created "realistic art" products.
