Yes and I was wondering what the going rate for these apartments would be.

I'm also wondering who they would be marketed towards? Maybe higher end Beech-Nut and Target distribution employees, younger teachers/administrators in the area schools, select staff/faculty at FMCC?

Yeah but it's so cheap to buy a house in that area as is. Who is going to pay likely high-ish rent for a loft when they can own a whole house?

I think developers are losing their minds a bit lol.

So they are shooting for $800 for one beds and $1,000 for two beds. That seems pretty reasonable given the initial renderings and specs.

Might actually make local landlords start to give a damn about their properties since they'll have decent competition now. I know people paying $1,100 for outdated 3 bedroom apartments near the McDonald's on Market Street.
