Best phone service for Clifton Park and Albany Area (Amsterdam: store, location)

Hi. What is the best phone service for Clifton Park and Albany Area?
We moved from KY with ATT and Tmobile service. There are some places we only got 1 bar of signal for both that never happened when we were in Louisville, KY.

Sprint and Verizon seem to be pretty good from my experience, but this was in another area of NY.

Hopefully, someone will chime in with more specific information for the area.

Well, there’s a T-Mobile(sprint) store in Amsterdam, so the coverage/clientele is decent enough to warrant a retail location so…
It’s not Albany per se, but it’s within the region.
