Oh, there is something that I genuinely hate about Rio Rancho and that is what it has done to Bernalillo. Ripped out its soul. Turned it from a homely, but sweet and genuine girl into a wanton, painted-faced who re.

;-)

I always spell that word "hoar" here in the forum.

Post something quick, would ya?

After that baseball-bat-beating of the cyclist, I just want to be sure that the guy who got mugged on Zuni wasn't you.

And another cyclist was dragged under a van this morning. He is in critical condition.

You don't hear about too many bicycle/car accidents in Rio Rancho. That is a good thing about Rio Rancho. Then again, most cyclists in Rio Rancho are four and not allowed to leave the driveway. :-)

Great! Thanks for the upper!

At least, this wasn't a deliberate, hostile action.
It was probably due to something like texting-whilst-driving.

They'll be back on the streets in a day or so.

What's everybody say?
They haven't used the pollution cams in Phoenix for several years due to the fact that they were horrible at accurately measuring emissions. They won't work. Some other areas have required out of area commuters - like the RRers into ABQ - to participate in the emissions inspection program.

This is starting to remind me of the NY/NJ arguments I used to hear.

Rio Rancho= houses, development, houses, more houses, traffic, Intel.

Abq= culture, entertainment, diversity, history.

It is fair to say that Rio Rancho is the New Jersey of the Middle Rio Grande Valley.

Rio Rancho is great if your a retiree or are a parent and want your kids attending relatively decent public schools. If your anybody else and don't want to drive miles to go anywhere, I recommend ABQ.
