Treat the Candida and lose the allergies.

Take Niacinamide! Always with food.
Go easy with it tho as you may have a bad Herxheimer reaction to the die-off toxins released by the Candida.

And that would be complete nonsense....

There is no such thing as "systemic Candida"

Candida albicans is NOT responsible for allergies...

The notion of a "herxheimer reaction" to "candida die off" is also pure, unmitigated nonsense...

One can "treat" their "imaginary candida" all they want, it won't alter the allergies...

Conclusion: Candida hypersensitivity isn’t real

"Candida hypersensitivity is an implausible syndrome, simply another “one cause of all disease” alternative claim. Such claims are useful only for generating demand for fanciful and worthless treatments."

This link at the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services may be helpful https://householdproducts.nlm.nih.gov/index.htm

There is a tab near the top titled "Ingredients" that lets you search for products that contain a specific ingredient.
