That seems pretty good. Sometimes articles like this make so few suggestions that they are pointless.
I know that certain foods are beneficial to me (in relation to allergies/sinus issues), but I have been in such a bad physical state for so long that I've stopped preparing real meals for myself.
Juniper reached very high levels today in Albuquerque. I am experiencing some fatigue (and if it were that bad I'd be in bed by now), but my sinuses are doing rather well. I think it's mostly due to the chemical cautery treatment I started at the end of September.
I am hoping the gains in energy will increase enough that I will go back to preparing meals for myself again, leading to a virtuous circle.
Showering at night is key for me (along with washing my hair at night) and changing my sheets often. As well as changing clothes when I come in for the day. Fun fun
