No, fresh lemon is always much better than processed food, FreshFresh. Commercial products always add things that are harmful to us. Say no to them whenever you can.
Buy a lemon, slice it into 8 wedges, use your fingers to squeeze the juice into a drinking glass, add a couple ice cubes if you like it cold.
I agree with the above. Fresh is best. I use lemons all the time. Lemons keep our systems more alkaline. Do that research....when we are more acidic, that is not a good thing.
Exactly. Fresh, only. I buy bags of lemons and juice as needed. I usually use one lemon per day, sometimes more. Very refreshing in some filtered or spring water. Sometimes I sweeten with Xylitol for lemonade.
I use lemons both ways: I keep lemon juice in the fridge and try to remember to have a glass of water it a lot of lemon juice added once a day, preferably in the morning. The rest of the time I love lemons for so many things. fresh is better, no doubt but fresh lemons are not cheap.
Trader Joe has good prices on lemons. We have a small family run market here and they get local lemons and they are also cheaper. The big markets, really sock it to us.

We do not have Trader Joes here, but keep praying they will open their eyes and realize how many people want them to open a store here. I do get them a little cheaper at Aldi's but they are not the best in the world. Even Sam's lemons are a bit pricey, but I do buy them about once every month or so. I think there are about 8 in the bag.
I have used hot lemon water for an upset stomach and it’s very soothing. In the summer I drink a lot of iced tea with lemon. I don’t know about the health benefits, but I do know that bottled lemon juice is very harsh tasting compared to fresh.
I also use a lot of limes in the same ways.
