I have tried Chamomile tea, used a dbl bag, let it steep covered for 10 min and drink an hour prior to bed
and it did work for me, if you'll look up Luyties [pronounced, loo-tees ] online, they have several remedies I have used and worked, but I don't know your specific issue. They'll even send you a catalog, that's useful help in figuring out things. It's free......

There was a segment on NPR last night on the CBD rage and it didn't get great reviews. I didn't hear the whole segment but the end of it the commentator said, unless one uses a high strength of at least 600-1200mg or more, one does not get good benefits for what they are paying. Better to take a swig of whiskey (which I don't do) and/or ibuprofen (which I do) and called CBD the snake oil of today. I've used some salves but don't think I'll buy anymore..I get good results with Ultra Tiger Balm and Topricin. I add some drops of pain relief essential oils to the Balm.
