Been doing same for yrs & not sick in almost 10yrs+. Also, eat Tempeh weekly & daily a small bit of Kimchi. All these foods I attribute to health. Also take an occasional Vitamin C 500mg daily but not often. Exercise & watch overall food intake & mostly healthy foods -- no poultry or red meat but only healthy fish, low glycemic load carbs, greens, veggies, fruits & so this is a must even if no pandemics.
