Correct, it's mainstream conventional medicine. Mainstream sources advise to minimize and learn how to manage stress - meaning chronic stress. It's sometimes referred to as The Silent Killer. Chronic stress weakens the immune system which can ultimately manifest illness. The American Medical Association says that stress is the basic cause of more than 60% of human illness and disease. There are some individuals around who will fight you tooth and nail on this, but they are rejecting 21st century mainstream medical advice.
On the other hand, the source claiming that you will never get sick again is a bit much. Theoretically maybe, but modern lifestyles are full of stress. Learning how to manage it successfully is key but not so easy. Proper nutrition, adequate sleep and physical activity are just as important for immune health as managing stress.
