I've looked at this amino acid over the years but never got with it. Somewhere I read it could raise blood pressure, so I didn't go there. A friend is telling me today she is getting relief with one capsule a day and not every day. She has been hit with OA in the last few years and can't take big gun pain meds due to afib that hit her some yrs ago. So it's hit and miss and a couple glasses of wine nightly, which isn't great for heart issues either. So for her blood pressure issues are something she needs to be on top of. And she is.

So it sounds like it could help some and not others...and I've read a lot of reviews and some people call it the "happy pill" and "pain reliever".

Sound of interest check it out and go slowly as usual with all things we add to the body.

Hey Jam, good to see you again. Slightly different than D.Phenylalenine, but Dr Michael Murray ND talks about PEA as being helpful for joint and nerve pain.

Didn't know if you had ever heard of it or tried it. The reviews look pretty positive.

I'v done the PEA route and didn't help me. I forget exactly what I went thru, I believe I used Life Extension Pea support.

Thanks for your input. The PEA looked interesting. I think Dr. Murray also recommended it for covid support.
