Wanted to share
I've been using caster oil for over a year not....
1. On my feet for neropathy
2. I've had black and blue marks above my ankles for a long time from walking into things, doctors were not concerned when I showed them, but have been rubbing caster oil on them both now for a year
3. Every night before going to bed I dap a bit on my eye lid and underneath the eye

My feet have improved, they are not healed but there is improvement

The black and blue marks have almost disappeard and they were literally black and blue

the other night we went out to dinner and I drove over to my son's house, I was apprehensive, but I know the way, so, I told them I'd meet them there. To my surprise, it was so clear, and the headlights did not blind me...it was wonderful, no film over the eye, nothing....it's like a miracle...I followed them to the restaurant, but with east....

I am now a believer in caster oil....and will contine to use it....but, you must be patient, even if it takes a year....I put caster oil on my feet after every shower, and put socks over it....

Caster oil is thick and penetrates into the skin, and clothes, but they sell compresses on Amazon, which you can use.

Google the Benefits of Caster oil

if you try it, you have to be patient, as it takes a long time, to heal...do it every single day....

I keep a bottle on my bathroom counter and have worked it into my nightly routine.....

Good Luck

Castor oil came up recently in a class I was taking and I immediately put it on my shopping list. I know nothing about it but might try it for this & that. I have dry elbows and nothing has helped, so I want to see if castor oil does the trick.

OP - are you saying it's actually improved your vision? I was wanting to try it as a moisturizer for wrinkles around the eyes.

Would love to hear some other comments on uses for castor oil.

yes, it actually did improve my vision and my feet, and the black and blue marks on my ankles from walking into stuff. Those black and blue marks were there a very long time, all the way around my calfs, and started to put caster oil on them and now the black and blue marks have almost disappeared...

Google the benefits of Caster oil.....as I said, some women are putting it in their belly button at night, just a few drops, as it's heavy and sinks down into your insides and heals....it works for cramps....and a whole lot of other things....and yes, you only need a little around the eyes....
I use pumpkin seed oil on my face every night, as its the only thing that doesn't break my skin out and leaves a nice velvety feel....and then over top, I dab a drop of caster oil on my finger and dab both eyelids and underneath the eye, softly....and it has worked for me, I was literally shocked...as I could not drive at night, and now I can....it's crazy....

I am soon to be 75 years old and my DIL says my face has no wrinkles....and it's so smooth from the pumpkin seed oil, I found Caster oil on my entire face and neck was a bit heavy....I love the smell of pumpkin seed oil and I bought it off of Amazon, same as the bottle of caster oil.

This is the Caster oil I buy

Seven Minerals Pure Cold Pressed Castor Oil - Big 32 fl oz Bottle - Unrefined & Hexane Free - 100% Pure Caster Oil for Hair Growth, Thicker Eyelashes & Eyebrows, Dry Skin, Hair Care, Joint & Muscle Care - Pack of 1

And the pumpkin seed oil is this...

AIQIUSHA Pumpkin Seed Oil for Hair Growth-Organic 100% Pure RAW Cold Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil For Anti Aging Wrinkle,Massage Oil,Hair and Scalp Care,V after I put this on my face, it's smooth as a baby's behind....

if you put the caster oil on your elbows, its so heavy/thick, it will stain sheets and other things...but it will definately help....maybe wrap your elbows with a compress that has Caster oil on it....which you can also buy on Amazon.

Interesting, thanks for posting. I ran out yesterday after reading this thread and bought a bottle of it. Supposedly it doesn't clog pores and won't cause skin breakouts.

I read it's also known for promoting the thickness of hair, eyebrows & lashes.

yes, it sure does a bit of everything....but you have to incorporate it into your routine every day and I find night time is best for me, as I don't want to be greasy during the day....

I've also started to use soap bars on my hair, no more shampoo that filled with chemicals....and caused my scalp to itch terrible with hair loss....I actually went to a skin specialist and she put me on a liquid steroid....

if you put caster oil on your hair, mix it with coconut oil, and put a cap on at night....dab it on and work it into your scalp, you do not need a lot...

the more you get into using it, and reading up on it, you'll find that they sell a jamacian oil and say it's the best....trust me, it's a gimmick to sell it, just plain ol caster oil works fine...and it's been used for 100's of years.

I don't use caster oil on my hair, as it's thick like motor oil, and find while it does work, it must be washed out after you use it....

I'm going to check this out with a holistic optometrist I work with, OP. If he doesn't know about this, he'll probably be interested. I'll be seeing him next spring. He's big on resolving vision problems by natural means.

I’ve heard if you do this the caster oil will dissolve cataracts? I don’t know and I’m a skeptic but I tell you true daytime when the sun was shining I couldn’t see well in spots and there was no driving at night my girlfriend would drive at night but the improvement to my eyes is astounding and it was so gradual until the other night when I drove over to my son’s home which is only 3 miles away and I know it by heart but it was all clear colors were crisp like someone drew back a fog
And I’ve been sharing this since

My other girlfriend was having neck pain and. I suggested she rub caster oil on it at night, in a few days she called me and said thank you that her neck pain was so much better

I've used specific eye drops to dissolve cataracts, as recommended by the holistic optometrist. I just checked the bottle, and it doesn't have castor oil in it. It's full of amino acids, nutritional supplements for the eyes, basically. But I'll ask about the castor oil.

How long did it take you to get those results? Did you say a year of daily application? I can't say that my night vision has improved, but my daytime vision has, and the results were confirmed by a conventional optometrist I had a subsequent eye exam with. She stopped pushing surgery on me at that point.
