You could only purchase it on-line or health food stores. I wuold buy "Source Natgural Progesterone Cream" - but last time I tried to purchase it I found out that the manufacturer wasn't "making" it any more. Does any one use this cream and can you recommend a good substitution? Thanks.
ILNC, did you try the Emerita brand? It can help up to 80% of women with hot flashes. I can always tell when I miss a dose. You may need the estrogen however.

I don't know, my sister in law gave it to me and when it didn't work I gave it back. But thank the Lord my hot flashes are under control for now
Hi,
When I started menapause my hot flashes and night sweats were like nuclear melt downs! I was concerned about quality control and standardization...(that is what strengh my body would actually absorb or was actually getting) in the over the counter products so I ask my gyn. We are lucky to have a "compounding pharmacy" in the area and they mix my progesterone and estrogen cream according to her prescription dose and "Life is Beautiful" :>) There can be undesirable side effects or health risks with anything and I thought this option a bit safer.....It also was less costly as I pay about $20.00 a month for each.
Hope that gives you another option to consider.
