Do yourself a favor, run Hal Roach through Wiki, and you will stop embarrassing yourself. Personally, hashish hurts my throat, but there is a lot of Opium here in the Golden Triangle, where I reside on a retirement visa.

Unfortunately BHC will not ever really grow much. Laughlin has maxed out the casinos and the rest is retail or fast food jobs. It is what it is.
That is 8500 usable with a 500 ft. rsa at both ends. the current 7,500 usable has 500 rsa on the northern end and 200 ft on the southern. so yes when completed it will be 9;500 ft. overall.
