Gov. Disney has put Arizona under a shelter in place order but not calling it as such. He is calling it "Stay at home, stay healthy, stay connected." Now we need to be only going in for essential services like food shopping, pharmacies, and essential work. Take-out and delivery food is included.

He listed just about everything as essential. Nothing has changed.

I watched it but didn't hear any type of timeframe. Is he going by Trumps April 30? Does anyone know?

Yes, I believe it did say April 30th. Here is the exact article with links to the ACTUAL proclamation for all to read without listening to the rumor mill:

Nothing has changed from what most people were already doing. Yes, it is in place until the Federal guideline of April 30. It is not a "Shelter in place" order, it is an attempt to stop the stupid people still gathering in parks and on trails to NOT do that.

You can make fun of the Governor all you want but until you actually step up and do his job...well...you know what they say about opinions and rear ends...

But you CAN still hike the trails as long as you keep safe distance. Maybe not all trails, but there are plenty where that's possible.

Gov Ducey announced this afternoon effective tomorrow April 1, at 5 pm a directive for all to stay at home except for grocery buying, drugstore visit and dine out restaurant service. Exercising outside is permitted.

Where did you come up with that narrow list of allowed activities? It’s far more vast. Grab a haircut on your way to the golf course!

Yeah I don't get golf courses and hair dressers being "essential"...

So whatever businesses are currently open will still be open I presume. I looked at the order and it was not clear on that.
