Even places that used to be very, very, very affordable in Arizona are skyrocketing in price.

Metro Yuma median list price $274,500. That is about 55% of Maricopa County which is at $498,000 median list price for a house but still a huge surge compared to what Yuma metro area was only a few years ago.

Cochise County which is Sierra Vista has also surged in list price $292,500 up 27% in a year but still a bargain price compared to Maricopa County.

Mohave County $392,000 up 23% which is Kingman-Lake Havasu

Yavapai County (Prescott) $599,900 and Cocono County (Flagstaff) $649,000 median list price.

$275k in Yuma is insane, has to be due to snowbirds with their winter homes, as the local workers can't afford that

I'm sure that Lake Havasu and Fort Mohave with the snowbirds are pulling the countywide number up. Kingman is still much cheaper than that

The entire sunbelt is in a bubble. Like someone just mentioned, people are paying over a quarter of million dollars for meth huts in the middle of the barren desert. This is not sustainable long term, I don't care how low interest rates are and how many Californians are fleeing their dumpster fire of a state.

What ridiculous prices, especially in Mohave county. There are literally nicer places in Nebraska with 4 seasons and cheaper housing. Let it keep rising and pop.
