I think me and the wife have decided to move in a different direction. We bought 4.5 acres of land in-between the village and Hot springs that has a nice view. Other homes in the sub are selling for 250 to 350k.. Nice little sub. Out lot has the electric with 100 amp service and a plug for RV and was perked tested and permit given even though its expired. Ready to build on. We paid 19900 and the previous buyer paid 25k for it. We will be asking 19900 and from what I have seen the prices on land near by are all higher. The one piece of land that is 19k for 5 acres has not view at all and the land is not as nice, next to ours is 3.5 acres for 24k and no buildable place on it. It all falls away with too much drop. That said it does not translate into a sale. Anyone know how things are selling in this area? Thanks for any input
