I have a question for South Koreans. I train in Tang Soo Do which in Korea was renamed to Taekwondo due to the Japanese occupation and the Koreans wanting to have their own label and Korean only martial arts. So they changed few things and renamed it to Taekwondo.
My question is, are there any Tang Soo Do dojo/dojangs in South Korea?
I am in to boxing but as a martial artist, I do Tang Soo Do and Taekwondo. But I seem to not ever be able to find a Tang Soo Do teacher. I hope when I move from Canada to America that I can find a teacher in Tang Soo Do/Korean Karate.
But I also want to know if there is anyone in South Korea who still teaches the old school Tang Soo Do?
