Does it say what the breakdown per race is on a MSA level?

Quick word of warning... the census has not determined MSA, CSA, etc and still has alot of work to do in the coming years.

The only data released that I am aware of is for the redistricting count.

The information on that link is data at the count level. The ARC is mostly concerned with the 10-county region, but also shows data for a 20-county, which isn't quite the same as the MSA, CSA, etc...
