Nicest part of Duluth is near Sugarloaf country club (home of BellSouth Classic and many Atlanta Falcons players). For 350K, you probably won't able to buy a new house (500K and up), probably an older house built in middle 90's. Old Peachtree road has a lot of houses (I-85 left side). Parson Elementary is probably the best elementary in the Gwinnett (and only three year old). I was thinking about buying a house there, but decided to against it when my wife decided to go to school again.
