I know 26 to 77, from there we're looking @ several options...Some say take 85 to track, some say 77 to 485? I have no idea? This is our first trip so if anyone has any advise that's done this before please let me know!!

Before we got our Garmin (life-saver btw, and well worth the $130 we paid for it), we always used Mapquest or Googlemaps...both work fine and you'll find out as you get closer to LMS, how well it is marked...also, traffic will be awful no matter what route you take...it always is during race weeks! Good Luck and have fun at the Coke 600!

If I was coming from the South, I'd take 77 to 485 and then take Hwy 29 to the track. I've heard that 29 carries its load better than 85 to Speedway (Bruton Smith) Blvd.

In fact if you have map access, get off 485 before Hwy 29 and then go to the east below the track area and then come in from that direction. You may be better off.

Good luck!

Good luck and hope you have a great time. We went last weekend and have tickets for this weekend but decided not to attempt it again. It took us an hour just to get out of the parking lot and then another 2 hours to get home---normally a 50 minute drive. It was fun but just to crowded for us. It was definitely an experience! Just try to leave a little early as that does help a little. Have fun!
