Car and Driver listed these BEVs as the best selling of 1st Quarter 2021. The BMW i3, the Kia Soul Electric, and the Polestar2 might have made the list, but manufacturers did not break out EV sales.

Curious as to why the numbered list above is in reverse order. Wow. I guess the Tesla Y is a hot item. The Tesla numbers are especially good when considering no federal tax credit.
And with gas going much higher they will SELL even more. Gas prices forced me into a EV.
The thriftier priced models don't seem to be doing better. Volkswagen ID.4 doesn't seem to be much of a threat to Tesla

and electric needs to go much much higher. when the gas taxes collected from well head to pump outlet goto zero, so does the highway funds and ashes to ashes, dust to dust applies to roads and bridges. there had better not be no free lunch, right now you are effectively fueling for free. if we tax electric for cars like gas, it will jump from 10 centskwh as is the nation average to about 50 cents. does that skew it?
