45 points?!??!
If the Nuggets do end up winning the chip, it has to rank as one of the least impressive runs I’ve seen in a while. I’m not saying that just because they lost. Minnesota were going to come out swinging at home in a do or die game, but No way a champion lays down like that in what should have been a close out game.
Ok, these buttheads, er, I mean esteemed gentlemen gave the Pacers -5.5 to win tonight. That is a fools wager. Take the Knicks and thank me later.
Have to agree, but WDIK?
As for Nugs/Wolves, I do expect some variance in final scores in the era of high volume 3-point shooting. Some night your shots aren't going to fall and your opponent's are.
This wasn't that though. I didn't get to watch, but looking at Gametrax and the boxscore, it was a beat down, like a 4A high school playing a 1A school host school in an invitational tournament. Wolves have to be thinking that their A-game is better than Denver's, just have to survive a punch you know is coming on the road and punch back.
Its strange watching a home team lose Game 7, kind of awkward to watch, knowing how high the expectations were for all those fans in Madison Square Garden.
But that's the danger of playing the Pacers, on any given night they can shoot 60% (and 70% so far in this game, at three-quarter-time).
Both road teams win Game 7…crazy. I’ll be rooting for Indy because of Obi Toppin (where he is being used much better than in NY) and the Wolves because they’re so likable (and they need a championship in Minnesota).

I'm bummed because I want Boston to lose, and I thought NY matched up much better with them than Indy does. I dont see how Boston doesnt win this easily. NY would have been a tougher fight. I hope I'm wrong.
