I think he will play 23, maybe 24 years and play with bryce.

He is making 128 million this year after salary and endorsements. Its huge money. If he retires, salary will be 0, endorsements will be much less, maybe just his nike contract. He will have to do commercials to make money, but its not worth his time since hes worth 1.2 billion.

When playing, he automatically is in the spotlight, so all endorsements get seen on him, he dont have to do anything other than play, do interviews about the games. I do think he can average 22 ppg a game next year, 20 ppg in year 23, 15 ppg at year 24. He can seriously push 2 billion net worth if he plays 24 years, then retire. Net worth will still grow when he is done playing.

Salary cap is rising, and he will make much more money playing with bronny and bryce. He will be 42 at year 24. 7 other players in nba history played at age 42 and older. Worst case scenario, lebron averages 10 ppg at year 24, plays with bryce, and announces its his last year, and he will still get max money plus enormous endorsements since every game he is in will be sold out, and a documentary will be done on him recording every game.

He might try to break Nat Hickey's record of oldest NBA player ever at almost 46.

Bron is playing like he's in his late 20's. His shot is much better when he used to rely on his athleticism and brute force. He could play 2 more years but does he want to. He only, at this point, wants to do the Ken Griffey thing and play with his sons.

2 more loses. He’s had no major injuries and he’s playing to win one more ring and his chances are shrinking. Should retire before he has a major injury.

The money is huge. When him and bronny plays togethe next season, im sure lebron can clear 150 million per year minnimum in salary and endorsements, and bronny gets millions of endorsements. Add bryce into the equation, and lebron and his sons can easily clear 200 million a year. Its a family business kinda thing. The money is just too good.

He's still playing at an All-NBA level, I understand why he would keep playing until the big drop-off or major injury comes. The rest of his life will be spend as "another human being not good enough to play in the NBA." So long as you enjoy your job, you might as well keep doing it.

I garuntee you that even if lebron hits the wall, and scores 8 ppg in year 23, he can still for year 24, average 5 ppg on 35% fg, get a supermax contract plus endorsements totaling 200 million a year, as long as bryce, bronny plays with him, and he announces its his last year before the year starts. All of his games will he sold out on premium pricing. He needs to be in LA though. No chance of a ring.

I have watched kobe play in his 19th year when i visited la, where i live there is no nba team within 3 hours drive. He was not prime kobe but still. Also i went to philly to watch shaq play as a celtic, and he was injured, so i never got to watch shaq play. Lebrons final year will be crazy and well followed. It makes too much sense for him to get the most out of it financially. His final year "farewell tour" documentary with cameras following him every game, im sure he can make millions out of that.

Well if the Nuggets got anything to say about it, how about one more game?
