Like, who has the most vested interest in your health care, the M.D. who bills you or yourself, who has to live with the consequences of what you eat and drink? If you eat junk food or get inadequate Nutrition, you will be running to the MD for the rest of your life... and at the mercy of the medical establishment. If you die of ulcers, cancer, migraines (ephemism for all the sheet that can happen to you - medically), THEY will say - It must have been your "hereditary, or your genes". "But I cannot give up smoking, or my junk food, or my self medication, or my anger...

No one talks about Jack LaLanne, now that he is dead. The establishment shuns him because he is an embarrasment to Them and Their Ways. And they never permitted him to really teach the ways of good nutrition when he was alive because that would Shake Their Money Tree.

You will be healthier if you get out there and surf for a couple of hours every morning. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind.

Oh, yeah, and limit the number of plate lunch meals.

I see a lot of notes from people who plan to have a "healthier lifestyle" by moving to Hawaii.

I suspect that if they are not capable of living a healthy lifestyle where they currently reside, moving to Hawaii won't make any difference.
