Electrical and Plumbing Contractors needed! (South Kona- Milolii) (home, living)

Aloha! Neighbor and friends. We are looking for some recommendations on two things;

1. An Electrical Contractor
2. A Plumbing Contractor

We are currently in the process of building an Owner Build home down in Milolii. We plan on doing whatever work we can ourselves as our budget and schedule will allow. However, for certain aspects of the home, I’m required to hire someone that is licensed.

My permit has been approved. However, before the county will issue the permit, I need to name a licensed electrical contractor and a licensed plumbing contractor.

The home is essentially a 900 square feet single story home. However, it will be built as a 2 story home with the living area on the top level, while leaving the bottom portion open (for now). We have plans to possibly make the lower level into a separate ohana dwelling later on in the future.

We are looking for someone that is honest and fair. Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated. Mahalo nui in advance.

Ask your neighbors who works in that area. Not all contractors will travel all that far.
