Hello,

We are looking at a property on 7th Ave S (around 7000 block) in Birmingham. Can anyone tell us about the area? Every city has the good and bad area's. Thank you in advance for your info.

JM

Default Areas in Birmingham

That area is called Gate City. It, unfortunately, is a rough part of town. You might want to look elsewhere.

Default South Eastlake

Thanks for the reply. My understanding is that the property is in South Eastlake not Gate City. Does anyone know about South Eastlake?
Thanks
