Yep. But not nearly as bad as Castleberry was. Those guys were greedy and got pretty jacked up because of it.

It is amazing to see what is happening with this since the article came out. John Archibald is demonstrating exactly what good journalism looks like. When the state goes through a full audit, I will be shocked if some of this revenue didn’t find its way into the Police Chief or Mayor’s bank accounts in some backdoor way.
