Theodore Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss was born 105 years old today. I learned to read using his books, and now my kids are doing the same. I think he is a true national treasure

He is. we celebrate it a lot where i live because he was born near me in Springfield, MA and the museum their has tons of dr seuss stuff and sculptures outside, its really a neat place dedicated to him.

I only knew it was his birthday yesterday, because Google made their "Google" sign out of Dr. Seuss characters! I loved that.

I love to read Oh, The Places You Can Go! to my kids. It's so inspiring.

weird thing - they had it @ Borders for $20, I got it off ebay for $8 including shipping.
