Regardless of the city's defense or lack of, no wrongdoing was found on behalf of the responding officers. You do understand difference between civil and criminal? Do you?
Yes it’s a conspiracy theory- of course.

Trump University would be proud. When in doubt- just start blaming air.

No it's not arrogant to understand physiology and kinesiology (which I don't think you really do), it's arrogant to believe you can apply your "secret formula" to all scenarios under all conditions--apparently even to situations you are not involved in. lol

BTW: There's well established research in force science which pretty much makes a mockery of your claims to be able to gauge under any circumstances how fast someone can get close enough to kill you.
That the City of Boston has to pay nearly $5M in wrongful death lawsuit to young Black man shot, killed by police.

Do some snooping around the headline of this thread and/or article and you might stumble upon some pertinent information all by yourself, Sherlock Holmes.

Or are you to busy with your imaginary kinesiology research and crime fighting?

Not surprisingly, I think you're confused. It was a settlement, not a court ruling. And there was no admission of any liability. Did you mention facts earlier?

The judge who handed down the ruling was clearly a typical MA idiot trying to punish police and coddle a knife wielding psychotic black mans mother. That's about it. That judge could care less what the city of Boston has to pay some woman

Thats what happens when you F up. City has to pay up.
Tell us you know NOTHING about this subject without actually telling us.

It's not that hard, but we know some cops are cowards, and they get scared easily. That's not surprising. You still gotta pay up that bread though.
Just stop. . .

I mean this story could have ended up like this situation which happened in Milton not too long ago:

https://www.foxnews.com/story/police...ld-on-birthday

But I guess the cops should have just waited to see what happened first before shooting.

Bottom line is money is just thrown all over the place in the city of Boston. I for one am not happy to say one mother get 5M bucks from the city because she didnt know how to control her bad apple of a son.

Let’s be serious here, she might have ended up the victim, too. Control, what control ?

OK, let's be serious. Yes, she could have ended up a victim as well. But why does she deserve a jackpot?
