The article also mentions Healey's role in this whole fiasco.

From the article:

"Boston Mayor Michelle Wu has remained silent on reports of migrant crime in the city, indicating no plans to rethink its status as a sanctuary jurisdiction.

Reports of crimes committed by migrants and a lack of cooperation with federal authorities have sparked worries among residents and frustration within local Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers."

It is a simple principle the Democrat politicians are using. If crime goes unreported then the crime statistics look better than they really are and then any instances of crime are just anecdotes and can be refuted as made up. "Nothing to see here," right?

You think there’s been more than 2 murders in the city, and just no one’s saying anything?

Meanwhile, you look at cities in Republican-led states like Jackson or Baton Rouge where a murder per week is practically expected.

^^^^Exactly! They deliberately don't report "migrant" crime. Instead, they insist that crime is going down. Sad thing is that leftists buy this myth hook, line and sinker without realizing that they are being gaslighted by the MSM.
