I have taken a job at Beth Isreal Deaconess Hospital and looking for recomendations on what suburbs to conisder. Looking for new construction single family or townhomes if possble with reasonable commutes to BIDMC

The most desirable suburb towns are

Weston - $1.6M (new construction prices Single family 4bed+)
Wellesley - $1.1M
Newton - $999K

You can take either Rt9 or Rt90(Mass Pike) to the hospital.

Look up "Massstats" on google, then click "MassStats - Interactive Maps and Statistical Views of Massachusetts" option

I agree with previous about Weston and Wellesly. People love Newton, but I find it too urban. Wayland, Concord and parts of Lexington are more my cup of tea. Concord and Lexington are tougher commutes for you.
