How much time of cardio do pro boxers do in a day when they are training for a fight? Lets say it is bicycling, how much would they do in a day if they really wanted to concentrate on it?

I am not a boxer but i love Boxing. Plus, I like your question because I try to follow a boxers exercise regiment too. It's not a perfect science but it works for me. Here is the syntax, 3 miles of biking equals 1 mile of running. I understand that boxers run 3-5 miles, a minimum of 3 times a week. Thats 9- 15 miles a week of running or 27-45 miles on the bike. In my younger days, I ran 25 to 30 miles a week. I'm in my 40s now, with thousands of miles on these knees, so I transitioned to biking. My personal goal is 100 miles per week. I hope that helps.
