I particularly like this photo of the Galligator in town.

Well, we're back in OZ after an absolutely fabulous time in Bozeman. Loved the town, loved the people, loved Bridger Bowl, especially loved The Co-op. Our son loved the school. What else can I say.

We are now working through the logistics of how to move over there permanently next year. We have quite a few challenges to overcome, one being how to restructure our businesse so we can run it in Australia from Bozeman. The second is how to get health insurance cover, especially at our age and with a few pre-existing conditions such as a hip replacement. But unless we try we will never know so we are going to give it our best shot.

If anyone knows of a good health insurance broker I would really appreciate it because I see this as our biggest obstacle. I realize health insurance is very expensive there however the general cost of living is much less than in Australia so it will all even out. Our main concern is being able to actually get coverage for the pre-existing conditions at any cost.

Ah yes, the Co-op. Makes me wonder if I saw you there whilst demo-ing our sauces*. I do recall an Aussie couple stopping by. That was in February.

Good luck on the health insurance and in a successful return.

Glad the trip worked out well for you. I don't have any suggestions on the health insurance problem. Good luck and congratulations on the decision!

Uh, you do know there isn't much surfing going on in Bozeman, right? You may find a bit but the daily surfing you guys do in the ocean over there.... not so much going on in Bozeman. No veggie-mite there either.

Ha ha! We live at the beach most of the year and I can watch the surfers from my living room but I prefer my water frozen. There's plenty of that in Bozeman. It's more fun and there are no sharks.

As to the vegemite, I can always get it sent over, a little goes a long way.

No that wouldn't be us, we were there March/April but we did try many things that were being demoed as we barely went a day without shopping there.

I just checked out your sauce, it looks yummy. I love garlic, I'm growing it this year for the first time.

Glad you liked it here even in a poor snow season-as far as medical insurance, could one of you find a job with coverage?? The hospital is a good place to look for work...my wife runs the medical billing dept and they hire quite frequently.
