I was through Bozeman this week and noticed the construction. Dang that place is on fire with construction. All kinds. Looked like fairly nice construction also. So what's driving it?

In short, rich *******s working from home or living the good life on their trust funds.
There are some tech jobs but it doesn't seem like enough to drive all of the new construction.

Here is a town, trying to keep with the demand for housing for the WFH people wanting to move to a pleasant small city, not the big crowded smoggy cities where the home offices are located.
