river bluff homes are available. Theyre somewhat cheaper than a sacramentoe fab 40, but not much more than a crusty victorian

Sacramento
There is an average of 3470 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 9:30 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 79.2% of daylight hours. The remaining 20.8% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity

Fresno
There is an average of 3708 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 10:09 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 84.6% of daylight hours. The remaining 15.4% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity.

Phoenix
There is an average of 4041 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 11:03 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 92.2% of daylight hours. The remaining 7.8% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity.

Not sure if accurate, but it's more believable than those old websites showing Sacramentoe sunnier than Fresno. Hogwash

Been on a long streak of good air quality in the central valley, but that will be ending soon.

Texas will be keep being texas.

The moisture map right now
Fresno was in the 30s yesterday

So humid down south right now. Eek

I want to make a summer weather prediction, but its best to wait for noaas May summer prediction to come out before i do. The only guarantee this summer seems to be a very hot arizona. Most prediction outlets have it cooking. AZ better pray for a miracle.

Last 30 degree low for fresno(official station)
February 12th
First 90f day may 11th
First 90f heat index may 12th
So, basically 3 months straight of spring-like weather. Not bad
Likely more spring weather is on it's way once this heatwave ends(mild heatwave. It's been hot, but breezy)

New French restaurant is coming to fresno. I'll give an update soon.

Lovely remodel in clovis.
Outskirts of clovis, but zillow says otherwise.
Needs solar and a few yard upgrades

3 awesome remodels
Bakersfield house is the best one, but will take the longest to sell. Not sure what's going on. Too much luxury stock in Bakersfield or what, but it should have sold already.

Housing + parking structure coming to downtown fresno(maybe?)
Rather have underground parking, but well take what we can get.

Not doing a summer weather prediction this year or any prediction. Some models have the sj valley roasting this summer, while others have it slightly hot. Climate change has made long range forecasts tougher. I give up. I'll just be reporting on what's going on.

May has been a little above average in the southern sj Valley. Normal stuff. Texas and florida are starting to cook. That's where the nasty weather has been

Current fresno airport weather
Partly Cloudy
Partly Cloudy

86°F

30°C

Humidity 16%
Wind Speed W 9 MPH
Barometer 29.88 in (1011.85 mb)
Dewpoint 35°F (2°C)
Visibility 10.00 mi
Heat Index 83°F (28°C)
Last update 22 May 12:53 PM PDT

98f heat index in houston, but at least the wind has returned for them. Possible 110 heat index for metro houston sun or monday!

Heat index
Fresno airport= 85f(dew point dropped to 25f today in Fresno. 70fs dewpoints for much of Texas today)

Heat index
South Sacramento airport
82

I don't have info for Sacramento state, but I'd imagine that it would be slightly hotter than the airport(a degree or two warmer there). The airport is usually the cool spot for Sacramento.

Only a 3 degree difference between Fresno and Sacramento. But sacites will tell you it's night and day different, lol. It can be, but it's often closer than they like to lead on. especially during may, June and September. Gather your own data when comparing weather and use heat index instead of air temperature. That's the way to go.

Edit: 101 heat index Austin tx right now
110f heat index coming for them soon

Bakersfield is getting help from Gavin newsom to clean itself up. Link below.
