There must be something in the water in that school because I really doubt 75% of the women are taller than 5'9. Thats just abnormal.

I'm a Frog, French Canadian, Female, I think most females r taller, as well, I stand 70in, (5'10)&140lbs, Also Embarrassing, I have a 11&1\2foot!!!!!Very Narrow!Maybe bcuz, We can pass, as any NHL player, on the ice, wit all the equipment, I'm over 6'1!!!!!Guess, it's a Montreal thing

A lot of it has to do with nutrition. Some people are fortunate to live in places where food is varied and abundant and where they have a quality of life where they can afford said food.

5'9" is rather short for a man in Canada. There are, however, lots of new Canadian women from India, China, Philippines, etc who are short. Canadians who descend from Northern Europeans are definitely taller.

I live in BC and I feel like most of the men around me are my height or shorter and I'm 5'9. It's not great.
