Friday October 14, 2016 was a sad day for many. Former Alberta premier (Jim Prentice) was killed in a plane crash flying from Kelowna to Calgary. Three other people were also on board and killed. Based on the personal things I have heard about him, he was a dedicated family man with a kind heart and was well loved. It's very sad when good people perish too soon. Hearts out to all the family and friends.

This plane crash event is a double tragedy for the Prentice family as one of the other three deceased people was the father-in-law of one of the Prentice daughters.

My sympathies to the family. I lost 3 family members in one accident many years ago. It's a trauma that never goes away.

It's always a tragedy when someone (anyone) is taken too soon. The families must be in anguish right now. My heart goes out to them all.
