I just want to confirm Canada no longer has Covid restrictions on incoming international visitors.

I heard through grapevine, and I looked up on internet, and I just want to make sure.

https://ca.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information-canada-3/

I just want to make sure what I am seeing on the web is not fake.

So no quarantine, no proof of vax, and no proof of negative test results required?

You were given the link, but I will confirm. I am staying in Canada, and my daughter is here to visit me from the States. She came in on Thursday. No vax, no test, no quarantine.

Yes. I needed a mask in the airport and on the plane on Sept 30. When I flew home on Oct 9, I didn’t need them. Oct 1 was the change date

We haven't driven up since the start of Covid, but we plan to go in the next few weeks before the really cold weather. We could have met the requirements but it's nice to know we don't have to.

I made the trips to Canada and back already.

Confirm: not even a question asked about anything COViD related at the border as I had to cross the border several times.
The same in hotels, other public places…

The same as pre-pandemic, saw a few people in masks - very very few - older people and when inside.

Met a couple from NJ there!
Guess, it wasn’t you!

We went twice this last couple of months.
Both times had restrictions and they were very inconsistent in their requirements.

The first time we took the ferry over .
There was 7 of us in the group.
My wife made an error on the paperwork and they held on to us for 45 extra minutes.
One person in the group didn’t do any paperwork and was waved through.
She didn’t even showed her passport and she did mention that she was in our group.
They just told her to pass and let us pass as I mentioned 45 minutes later.
Odd.

The second time was a few weeks later.
We were on a cruise ship in Victoria and they let all pass (a good 200-300 people)with no customs whatsoever.
None nada.

I bring this up to remind that they can do as they see fit and it might not be consistent.
