This is a question for any guys reading: How do you keep your pants up? No, I'm not joking.

Having lost quite a bit of weight from chemotherapy, it's getting difficult. Yes, eating more and gaining back some weight would be one solution, but that's rather theoretical at this point.

I had the same experience, with jeans normally 34, I bought a couple of inexpensive 32 pairs. I also bought some of the athletic pants with the drawstring top and zippered bottom of the legs. Those stay up just fine, and are very comfortable, just not appropriate for fine dining or work at the office. Mot of my chemo was during Covid and we were working from home anyway. Whether good or bad, I can tell you that now 18 months after ending my chemo, the weight has come back and I'm wearing 34s again. My sister is a nutritionist, and her advice to me then was eat whatever still tastes good to you, even if it's just ice cream and cake. Good luck with yours, I hope you beat it soon!

DH generally wore pants with drawstring, but not sweats or anything like that.

These pants are casual, but with lots of flexibility for occasions. These are good for restaurants and most informal gatherings.

He wore them with a long-sleeved shirt tucked in, for restaurant going.

These are good for the office or with a sport jacket. They are made from a lightweight wool.

Lots of attractive drawstring pants as an alternative to jogging and sweats. These types of pants are also helpful after abdominal surgery when the abdomen is often distended.

Not just after! If your treatment course is affecting your ability to eat enough to maintain a healthy weight, make what you do consume count. Eat the better stuff.

Although many do lose weight during a course of chemo not everyone does. Some gain. BTDT.

My sister used THC gummies and baked goods. It helped her appetite tremendously. And helped the way she felt PERIOD.
