First vet visit for Momma and boys.

Momma got the works...including the Snap test.

She tested negative for both!!!!!

I am so relieved.

The kids are 6 weeks old exactly. Bennie weighs 1lb 15 oz and Smudge 1lb 14 oz. They slept quietly in their carrier to and from the vet's. They received a de-wormer and their first kitten shots.

Momma on the other hand........wasn't very happy. On the way down she wouldn't calm down unless I sang to her. She seemed to like "We 3 Kings of Orient Are" the best. On the way home, we weren't 5 minutes from the vet's when she peed in the carrier. So I had to pull over and replace the towels and puppy pads I had put in her carrier. I brought a stash with me.........just in case. Once cleaned up, she slept the rest of the way home. In traffic it was 1hr 15 minutes home.

Momma was very good being poked and prodded and purred for anyone who picked her up.

Vet said once both boys are eating regular canned kitten food, we schedule Momma for her spay.

No, I don't think so. These bills pile up very quickly! Today's outing for the three of them was over $500.. though that also included flea meds for Momma, Lily and Charcoal.

The Momma Cat is Momma Mia. Orange and white kitten is Benedict (Bennie) and the Snowshoe kitten is
Percival (Smudge).

My 11 year old is Lily Ann and my two year old is Charles Oliver (Charcoal)..now Cholly for short.

I'll try to get new pictures. The older they get, the harder it is. They just want to play or sleep in a heap.

That is great news! For some reason I have a feeling that they may be staying a round a lot longer than you think

Regardless of whether they stay or you are able to have them adopted you are a beautiful person for doing all of this for them!!
