A friend of mine's cat, Maxine is missing. The thing is, Maxine is my Josette's mother. Of course my friend is very upset. I really can't help her look because they live about 20 miles from us. (Her husband is our catsitter when we go away-because he works down the street from us.) I hope she comes home, soon.

I sincerely hope she finds her way home soon. It's so awful when they go missing, and you don't know how to find them. Sending positive thoughts & wishes your way. Keep us posted.

Nope.

There still is hope that she may come back but the longer she is gone, the hope fades.

Last night, Electra decided to spend the night on my pillow. But, early this morning Elvira came up for her usual early morning pillow stealing only to find it occupied. (I don't count). So, she decided to steal Hubby's pillow. But, when Hubby rolled over, she ran. He didn't realize there was a cat on his pillow-well, he was still asleep.

About an hour later-I was fighting with myself to get out of bed. Electra was still on my pillow. I just wanted to stay there all day with her. But, what made it REALLY hard to get out of bed was getting a massage from Josette.

Now there you go Cat, you have a perfectly legitimate excuse for staying in bed and ignoring the rest of the world.

Lucky you.

They look like kitties.
They sound like kitties.
They feel like kitties.
They eat like piggies.

That's understandable. Being cute & adorable while still managing their humans takes a lot of energy. They have to keep up their strength.
