Easy to do on my iPhone. Settings>iClould>Find My iPhone and turn it off. But you have to turn it off now, not when Oleg hacks your account.
All one needs is a user name and password and an iPhone with the "Find My iPhone" app. I can be mean and lock my wife's phone as we speak (but I won't ).
Yes, but my point was if you lose your phone then you can no longer lock it yourself.
Well, true. One has to weigh the risks.
I have never lost a phone since my first one in the 1990s. If this hacking thing starts to take off, I will turn of both of our find my iPhone feature 'till this blows over.
