I've noticed that recently it seems like there are a lot of houses going on the market in Chestnut Ridge Estates. Makes me wonder if there is a reason for it. Anybody know anything?

I live out here and they are selling the last few parcels in the first development plus they opened a new ridge with new parcels out here. Nothing but normal business from what I have heard.

Caden Geace,
We have looked at a couple of houses in Chestnut in past couple of weeks, 100 and 126. My SO thinks they must've both been built by same contractor as both have similar odd shoddy looking plumbing. Any thoughts on that. Appreciate your replies.

We obtained our own builder out here after we bought the property outright. I know most out here do not but it is also a good idea to visit the construction DAILY and be aware of everything going on regardless of who your builder is.
