It's located about 20 minutes northeast of downtown Chattanooga, off interstate 75. Not too far out.

Yeah, I'm not too familar with the specifics of the neighborhoods over in that area, but I do know there are some nice ones.
There is the large mall development of Hamilton Place not too far away from the plant, about 10 mins north on 75, so it definitely skews more middle class/upper middle out that way, and higher.

Anything east of I-75 is pretty nice neighborhoods (East Brainerd/Apison/Ooltewah). I moved here 5 years ago and Ooltewah went from a quiet suburb to having traffic during the rush hour. With this addition coming in, I believe home prices will further increase in these areas.

The stretch of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road from the state line all the way to Ooltewah is booming with new housing construction. There are over a dozen neighborhoods going up in a 3 mile stretch.
